Swiss researchers develop passive cooling 3D-printed brick prototype

Students at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) have developed a 3D-printed brick prototype utilizing passive cooling technology to reduce ambient temperatures by up to 9°C. The innovation aims to accelerate construction timelines to under 30 days, though the scalability and structural durability of the material in mass-market applications remain unproven.
