Low uptake of Croatian pension-work reform with 2,885 full-time participants

A new policy allowing pensioners to work full-time while receiving half their pension has seen limited adoption, with only 2,885 participants compared to over 40,000 working half-time. The disparity suggests the current incentive structure may be insufficient to encourage full-time labor force participation among retirees.
