Threat actors are targeting entities in Myanmar using fake graduation invitations to deliver the QUICAgent backdoor. The malware utilizes a multi-stage infection chain involving LNK files, VHD containers, and Windows ftp.exe, with command-and-control communication occurring over the QUIC protocol on UDP port 443.
