Forensic psychiatric report finds Bamble murder suspect sane

A forensic psychiatric evaluation has concluded that the 34-year-old suspect in the May fatal fire in Herre, Bamble, was sane at the time of the incident. The suspect continues to deny criminal responsibility and has ceased cooperation with police, while investigators maintain the suspect intentionally set the fire that killed Ole Morten Nystad.
