Plastic surgeon shot dead in Marbella; Swedish teen arrested, hitman theory emerges

Alexander Aslani, a 57-year-old plastic surgeon, was fatally shot in his Marbella office. Spanish police arrested an 18-year-old Swedish national suspected of traveling to Spain to carry out the killing, with speculation of a patient-ordered hit. The motive remains unconfirmed, but the arrest of a foreign suspect suggests a targeted, possibly contracted, assassination.
