Israel has barred foreign airlines from carrying crew members holding citizenship of 31 mostly Muslim countries into Tel Aviv, even with second passports, following a foiled attempt to bomb a flydubai aircraft. The measure is a unilateral security restriction affecting international aviation and bilateral relations. Details on the plot and implementation remain unconfirmed.
