France proceeds with mandatory B2B electronic invoicing despite tax agency cyberattack

France will implement mandatory B2B electronic invoicing on schedule this Tuesday, notwithstanding a significant cyberattack on the tax administration earlier this summer. To mitigate transition risks, the Ministry of Economy has suspended penalties for non-compliance until 2027.
