Belgian paracommando dies in Pyrenees training fall; military funeral set

A Belgian paracommando died Saturday during military training in the French Pyrenees after falling into a ravine. A condolence register has been opened at the para training center in Schaffen, Diest, and a military funeral will be held. The incident underscores inherent risks in high-altitude military training but has no broader operational or market implications.
