Pentagon surges 1,300+ attack drones, 24,000 counter-drone systems to Middle East forces

The Pentagon has delivered a 'massive surge' of drones and counter-drone systems to US forces in the Middle East, including over 1,300 attack drones, 100+ unmanned maritime vessels, and 24,000+ counter-drone systems. This marks a significant escalation in US force posture in the region, likely in response to ongoing threats from Iranian-aligned groups. The scale and composition suggest a focus on both offensive and defensive unmanned capabilities, potentially signaling a shift in regional military strategy.
