Serbian police arrest suspected planners of election-day violence

Serbian state TV reports police arrests of individuals suspected of planning violence on election day. Details are sparse and unverified; the claim originates from state media, which may carry political bias. The arrests could signal heightened security concerns ahead of the vote, but the impact depends on the credibility of the allegations and the scale of the plot.
