Iran's parliament speaker meets Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei amid US-Israel tensions

Iran's parliament speaker held a rare meeting with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, who has made no public appearances since taking office in March. The meeting follows previously reported talks between the president and the supreme leader, suggesting internal coordination amid heightened tensions with the US and Israel. The lack of public appearances by the new supreme leader remains a notable deviation from precedent, raising uncertainty about his role and the regime's decision-making.
