Argentine singer Callejero Fino held; firearm found operable, serial filed

Argentine cumbia singer Natanael Alvarenga (Callejero Fino) and cousin Steven Joel Ricca remain in custody after a week, following arrest in Benavídez, Tigre. A Glock .40 pistol with filed-off serial number was found fit to fire. Alvarenga claimed he was en route to a birthday party for María Becerra's boyfriend; possible summons of Becerra adds a public-interest dimension but does not alter the core legal proceedings.
