Nigerian court schedules ruling on Donald Duke's PRP presidential candidacy

A Nigerian court has set a date to deliver judgment in a lawsuit challenging the validity of Donald Duke's presidential nomination by the People's Redemption Party (PRP). The plaintiffs allege that overvoting in Bauchi, Gombe, and Kwara states invalidated the primary election results.
