Russia expands Rassviet satellite constellation for sovereign connectivity

Biouro 1440 has successfully deployed a second cluster of Rassviet telecommunication satellites into orbit. While officially marketed for civilian high-speed internet, the constellation provides Russia with critical sovereign dual-use infrastructure likely intended for military command and control.
