John Horan named chair of Ireland's Integration Steering Group, replacing McAleese

Former GAA president John Horan has been appointed chair of Ireland's Steering Group on Integration, succeeding Mary McAleese. The change in leadership signals a potential shift in approach to integration policy, though the group's mandate and direction remain unchanged. This is a routine political appointment with limited immediate market impact.
