Bolivian Constitutional Tribunal rules in favor of Santa Cruz municipal land ownership

The Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal (TCP) has ruled that the Santa Cruz de la Sierra municipal government retains possession of the Mutualista market lands. The court determined that while the Crapuzzi family holds valid land titles, those titles do not encompass the specific site occupied by the market, mandating further resolution through ordinary courts.
