Bolivian Constitutional Court refers Mutualista market ownership dispute to ordinary courts

The Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal (TCP) ruled that while Crapuzzi holds ownership rights, these do not extend to the land occupied by the Mutualista market. The court declined to settle the underlying property dispute, mandating that the case be resolved through the ordinary judicial system.
