Ukraine's FP-9 missile ready this autumn; Zelensky vows more strikes on Russian refineries

Zelensky announced the domestically developed FP-9 ballistic missile, with range to Moscow, will be ready this autumn, and pledged intensified strikes on Russian oil refineries in retaliation for Russia's targeting of civilian infrastructure. Confirmed strikes hit Iskander positions in Bryansk and targets in Samara. This marks a potential escalation in Ukraine's long-range strike capability, though operational deployment and impact remain uncertain.
