Zelensky: Ukraine to Field Ballistic Missile Capable of Striking Moscow, Intensify Refinery Attacks

In a Reuters interview, President Zelensky announced Ukraine will soon possess a ballistic missile with range to hit Moscow, and will escalate strikes on Russian oil refineries in response to Moscow's new air-strike policy aimed at depopulating Kyiv. The claim is unverified and likely part of strategic signaling; the missile's existence and capability remain uncertain. This marks a potential escalation in Ukraine's offensive capacity and a direct challenge to Russian strategic depth.
