Ecuador judge frees 28 fishermen after US destroyed boats in Galápagos

An Ecuadorian judge ordered the release of 28 crew members from the vessels Montecristi and Don Rufo, following the destruction of their boats by US forces. The Prosecutor's Office will continue a preliminary investigation in Galápagos, leaving legal status of the fishermen unresolved.
