UCR Comité Provincia leadership shifts to Gvozdenovich amid internal purge

Matías Gvozdenovich assumes leadership of the UCR's Comité Provincia after an internal struggle, consolidating Deloredista supremacy with strong mayoral backing and a two-thirds majority in the Provincial Congress. The move reconfigures the party's decision-making ahead of the 2027 elections, though the party denies it constitutes a 'witch hunt.'
