Costa Rica opposition demands PPSO explain narcotics suspect at victory event

Opposition deputies in Costa Rica are demanding that the PPSO party explain the presence of Guobin Tam, a narcotics suspect, at celebrations for Laura Fernández's victory and the transfer of power. The demand follows a report by Semanario Universidad, and the party has not yet responded. This raises questions about political ties to criminal elements, though the suspect's role and any formal charges remain unclear.
