De la Espriella reverses fire department director appointment

The De la Espriella government has reversed the appointment of Germán Miranda as director of Bomberos, adding to a pattern of appointment reversals in its first two months. This signals internal instability or a deliberate policy shift in personnel management. The reversal is notable as it continues an established pattern of early-term personnel changes.
