Honduras Senasa trains 49,000 producers to prevent screwworm outbreak

Honduras' agricultural health agency has trained 49,000 producers and conducted nearly 27,000 farm visits to prevent the spread of the screwworm, a livestock pest. The campaign is a preventive measure, with no active outbreak reported. This matters as a screwworm incursion could disrupt livestock production and trade in Central America.
