Biossman Group and Casa Plarre enter insolvency proceedings

Biossman Group SAPI and its subsidiary Casa Plarre, owned by Adrián Cervantes Covarrubias, have entered into commercial insolvency proceedings (concurso mercantil). Under Mexican law, the companies are prohibited from securing new government contracts while in this status, potentially impacting their ongoing relationship with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
